		<description>&lt;/div&gt;

The Diamondback 500Sr is an investment in my own health that has exceeded my expectations. My resting pulse has gone down to 70, my cardio endurance has improved, and I have less early fatigue. Also, I am shedding pounds of fat. The bike is overall well made. The only things I wish were better was the console embedded fan and the seat bottom. The fan is meager and the seat could be a little more generously upholstered. I like the bike&#039;s console layout with the various readouts. It has 16 resistance levels that will challenge your fitness ambitions. With consistent use, I am meeting my own goals of weight loss and cardio improvement. Recumbents are easy on the low back, hips, and knees in case you wanted to know. :o)

I bought the recumbent bike because my wife has serious back problems. She loves the bike and uses it almost everyday. The upright bike hurt her back so bad, the pain lasted many times all day and night. The recumbent helps her back and eases pain. The quality of the Diamondback is equal to many brands that sell for two to four times the price. The back and seat pads are as good and comfortable as those used in gyms and easy adjustments a fit for anyone. I highly recommend the Diamondback 500Sr.
